Cancellation and Refund Policy

We’re confident that the Book Breakthrough NYC will deliver exponentially more value than the price of a seat for the event.

So that we can plan ahead, schedule high-caliber speakers and make the necessary preparations to deliver the BEST event possible, we can offer the following cancellation and refund policy:

  1. If you cannot attend the workshop due to illness or unforeseen events, refunds are available any time before Friday, July 12th. If you request a refund on or before that date, we can refund 100% of your ticket, less a $50 administrative fee to process the request.
  2. After July 12th, we cannot offer a refund, BUT we will do our best to help you find a replacement for your seat! If that happens, we will gladly issue you a refund in the amount you paid for the ticket, less the $50 administrative fee.
  3. If we can’t find a replacement for your seat, we are more than happy to allow you to apply your investment towards one of our home study programs or towards a coaching or consulting session with Janet or Elizabeth. In other words, we’ll make sure you will receive value from your investment even if you can’t attend live.
